Story Empire is growing! Today we have the pleasure of introducing our ninth and newest member, so we’re once again rolling out the red carpet.

Hey, SE Readers. Joan with you. Jan Sikes is an award-winning author of biographical fiction, poetry, short stories, and paranormal romance. She’s also a music lover (a woman after my own heart), and a great supporter of other writers.

Jan, I am over the moon excited that you’ve joined Story Empire and look forward to you sharing your expertise with our readers. Welcome aboard!

Not only is Jan a wonderful friend, and a talented author, she’s also a lovely person whose passion for writing is only matched by her passion for music. Ciao, amici! It’s Staci. I’m adding my two-cents and a giant and joyful “welcome” to Jan.

I “met” her a few years ago and was immediately impressed with her dedication to not just her craft, but to all other authors. I was struck with her passion for what this community is all about. So it was an easy decision when we were looking to expand and wondered who to invite.

I know she’s going to be a fabulous addition to our team, and I hope you’ll join us in welcoming her to our little corner of the web. Glad to have you here, Jan! Saluti!

When Jan walked through the Story Empire doors, she brought an armful of joy with her and immediately began spreading it everywhere. I can’t wait to read her posts and cheer her on. I know she will be a great team member and add tremendously to the collective effort.

I’ve known her for a long time, and she’s a great author. Her blog is worthwhile, too. I really enjoyed the stories about her husband on the road with his band.
