Happy Labor Day from Story Empire

Hello, SEers! You’re with Mae, but the wish I extend comes from all of the authors at Story Empire. If you live in the United States or Canada, today is Labor Day—a time to relax and unwind from all the work we undertake in our daily lives. There are picnics with family and friends, and comfortable down time.

When I was a kid, this was also the last day of summer, as school always started the Tuesday following the holiday. I realize things are different now, but even though the autumn equinox doesn’t fall until September 22, I still think of today as the time when summer departs.

Whatever your plans, and wherever you live, I wish you a Happy Monday from all the authors at SE, and a Happy Labor Day to those who are celebrating. May it be a good one! Please come back and join us when we resume regular posts this Wednesday, September 9th!
